Les huiles sont généralement peu recommandées pour Pitta, mais si vous deviez en choisir une, c’est bien l’huile de coco ! Grâce à ses propriétés rafraîchissantes, les massages à l’huile de coco apaisent le tempérament de feu des Pitta car elle calme les émotions chaudes comme la colère, la frustration ou l’irritabilité. Elle permet aussi l’hydratation en profondeur des cheveux et des tissus du corps.

L’huile de coco est antibactérienne, antimicrobienne, antivirale et antifongique. Elle tonifie et stimule le système immunitaire et renforce le métabolisme.

Pour remplacer un corps gras, poêler des légumes, faire une sauce ou de la friture… L’huile de coco est présente partout en cuisine ! Attention, comme elle est difficile à digérer, elle n’est pas recommandée pour les personnes ayant un feu digestif affaibli.

Evitez d’en consommer si vous avez un déséquilibre Pitta tel que des inflammations, brûlures ou coups de soleil.
